HOUSTON, Texas – Cetane Associates (“Cetane”) is pleased to announce that Diesel Direct, LLC (“Diesel Direct”), based in Stoughton, Mass., has acquired Endicott Oil Service, Inc. (“Endicott Oil”), located in Boylston, Mass. The transaction closed on February 27, 2025.
Endicott Oil, founded in 1947 by Jerome Kolodziejczak in Worcester, Mass., pioneered direct-to-locomotive fueling and established itself as a trusted partner in the rail transportation industry. Over the years, the family-led company has continued to provide residential and commercial heating oil delivery services, while expanding to serve major railroads, including Conrail, CSX, and regional carriers, and has maintained a reputation for reliable, high-quality service. Endicott Oil is a multigenerational legacy and has combined decades of expertise with progressive solutions for the rail sector. Jay J.
